Etiquette

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. So as not to compromise appointments we cannot extend a service beyond the scheduled time. Same day cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion for excellent service. Most guests find a 15-20% gratuity appropriate.
